Cheese Class Booking & Cancellation Policy
All classes are prepaid at the time of booking due to limited capacity and advance preparation.
Cancellations
• Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
• If your spot is filled from our waitlist, you will receive a 100% refund.
• If your spot is not filled, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours in
advance.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the class are non-refundable unless the spot is filled.
Waitlist
• The shop manages the waitlist. If one exists, waitlisted guests take priority for open spots.
Transfers
• Registrations may be transferred to another person with advance notice.
• Transferred guests agree to all booking and cancellation policies.
• No refunds are issued after a transfer.
No-Shows
• No-shows receive no refund or credit.
Refunds & Credit
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Store credit toward a future class is available upon request.
Minimum Enrollment
• Classes require minimum enrollment. If a class is cancelled by us, all participants receive a full refund.
Exceptions are rare and considered at the discretion of management.
