Feta is a brined cheese that was traditionally made from sheep’s milk or in some cases, sheep’s milk mixed together with goat’s milk. According to some sources, the origins of Feta data back to the 8th century B.C.

Our Feta is made from whole, raw cow’s milk and aged in salt brine for 60 days.

Feta is often used in Greek salads and Greek pastries, such as spanakopita (spinach pie) and tyropita (cheese pie).

A variety of recipes for omelets, quiches and hot sandwiches also call for Feta.
