Our award-winning brie is made from raw cow milk. The cheese is aged to a creamy, rich perfection at 60 days. It has a thin, edible, bloomy rind that encases the velvety, yellow center. There is a distinctive bite with a pronounced finish that lingers.

It was actually Blue Cheese, not Brie, and that Blue Cheese is by far the best I have ever had. I bought a whole wheel of it! It is a very bold cheese that satisfies your taste with just a small amount. I wonder if it can be frozen since a wheel is a lot?

What a Joy. Gourmet chees practically at my door step, ordered on line one evening, arrive with in 24 hr in a iced contained fresh the next day. Delicious

Rich, delicate, subtle ... fabulous. Too bad it's fattening. Nonetheless a wonderful cheese. First tried it at a 5 star Dallas restaurant. Now my home is 5 star too.
