Our Mozzarella is made fresh and is perfect for melting on pizza and sandwiches, or just simply eating fresh!
It is topped with a sprinkle of red pepper for added flavor.
Mozzarella originated in Italy and was traditionally made with water buffalo milk. (Don’t worry, we use cows milk!) Once the curds are formed and salted, they are placed in hot water and stretched by hand to form its unique texture.
